TERMS & CONDITIONS
*Please read carefully before you proceed to order(s).
1. Only serious buyers. Back out buyers will be blacklisted.
2. I will reserve item(s) only for 2 days.
3. Payment has to be made within 3 days. Unless otherwise arranged.
4. To confirm order(s), we would require 50% deposit of the total amount or the amount stated on the product descriptions. This is non-refundable. Balance should be paid once you receive your invoice.
5. For items below RM 500, we allow 2X payments. For items priced RM 500 or more, we allow 3X payments. Once we have received full payment, only then your orders will be posted out to you. Please notify once payment has been made.
6. For installment payments, I expect your payment the next pay day. Please let me know when you can make your payment.
7. Buying is at your own risk. I shall not be held responsible for any lost or damaged goods during delivery.
8. Items are guaranteed original, brand new and in great condition.
9. Items sold are not returnable and not refundable.
10. The colour of an items may vary slightly to the actual one due to lighting.
11. All items are directly shipped from United Kingdom. Shipping fee is included in the prices. Postage fee is included, unless otherwise stated. Please take note that shipping will take 6-8 weeks to reach Malaysia (via Sea).
12. Once you have received the goods, kindly send an email or PM to notify me. If I do not hear from you within 7 days, I will assume that you have already received the goods.
13. Payment can be made to my Maybank, CIMB accounts or by credit card (PAYPAL).
14. Please email me your transaction code once you've banked in the payment and email the payment slip as proof of payment.
15. Item(s) will be posted once I have received the payment.
16. Item(s) will be posted via pos malaysia services unless otherwise stated in the post.
17. Seller do have a right to sell an item if no claim or payment received within 1 month, deposit will be forfeited . Usually reminder will be given, so please reply. Do not ignore the reminder.
18. For clothing, we will shipped your item(s) via air freight, unless customer asked otherwise. So full payment must be settled as per invoice before we will proceed with your order(s). We can also ship your shoes order (without box) if you wanted us to do so (extra fees charged for air freight).
NO CANCELLATION OR REFUND ONCE THE DEPOSIT/ PAYMENT IS MADE. THANK YOU FOR SHOPPING WITH US.
HOW TO ORDER?
1. Make your order by filling in the Order Form.
2. I will get back to you with my account number.
3. Payment must be made within three days (3 days) of order confirmation.
4. Your item(s) will be posted on the same day of cleared payment.
EASY PAYMENT PLAN?
1. YES! You read it right! I do offer an Easy Payment Plan with 0% interest up to three installments.
2. However, I would only post the item(s) once all the payments have been settled.
